Bank of America, Leading Technology Companies Select Aquire Inc. For Organizational, Intranet-Based Org Charting
- More than 1 Million Persons Charted Using OrgPublisher For Intranets -
IRVING, Texas - Dec. 2, 1999 - Aquire Inc., a leading provider of worldwide organizational charting software, announced today that Bank of America (NYSE:BAC), Citizen Communications (NYSE: CZN, CZNP) and Micron Electronics Inc. (NasdaqNM:MUEI) have selected OrgPublisher for Intranets? to automatically create Web-based organizational charts. The agreements represent 9,500 new corporate users of OrgPublisher. To date, more than 660 companies are charting more than 1 million employees using OrgPublisher.
Bank of America, based in Charlotte, N.C., provides banking and related services throughout the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest and South. Citizen Communications, based in Stamford, Conn., operates all-digital, local exchange properties serving approximately one million access lines in 13 states: Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia and Wisconsin. Micron Electronics, based in Nampa, Idaho, develops, markets, manufactures and supports electronic products for a broad range of computing and digital applications.
