Aquire, Inc. Named One Of the Fastest-Growing Tech Companies In the Metroplex
IRVING, Texas - June 8, 1999 - Aquire, Inc., a leader in organizational chart publishing software, was recently named to the '99 FastTech 50, a listing of the 50 fastest-growing high-tech companies in the Metroplex. Sponsored by Arthur Andersen, Sevin Rosen Funds and the Dallas Business Journal, the companies were ranked by percentage revenue growth for the 1997-1998 fiscal year.
Aquire experienced 67 percent revenue growth, ranking the company 22nd on the list of mostly privately held companies. In addition, Aquire was ranked 8th in three-year revenue percentage growth. Aquire experienced 1,150 percent growth for the 1995-1998 fiscal years. "We are very excited to be recognized for our achievements and to join the ranks of the growing number of successful technology companies in the Metroplex," said Lois Melbourne, president of Aquire Inc. The FastTech 50 companies were recognized with special awards and a reception in their honor at the Intercontinental Hotel on May 20. In addition, the Dallas Business Journal published a special FastTech 50 supplement in the following day's issue, announcing the list and profiling 10 of the top companies, including Aquire.
