Aquire, Inc. Names Susan Dumas as Director of Finance and Operations
IRVING, Texas - May 17, 2000 - Aquire, Inc., a leading provider of organizational charting software worldwide, announced today the appointment of Susan S. Dumas as director of finance and operations. Dumas is responsible for Aquire's financial planning and analysis, as well as managing the human resources and operations departments.
Prior to joining Aquire, Dumas was director of administration and finance for Fort Lauderdale-based Interim Career Consulting, which purchased Dallas-based Reedie & Company LC in 1998, where Dumas had been vice president of finance. While working for both companies, Dumas analyzed financial results and oversaw the administration department for six cost centers in the company's southwest region. Prior to joining Reedie & Company, Dumas worked as controller for Triple J Enterprises Inc. in Tamuning, Guam, and before that in various capacities for such notable companies as Pepsico. Inc., Rader Companies Inc., and First National Bank of Birmingham. "Susan will play an integral role in assisting Aquire in reaching its short- and long-term goals as she directs the company's financial operations," said Lois Melbourne, president of Aquire Inc. "We are so pleased to have her on the Aquire team." Dumas graduated in 1977 with a bachelor's degree in accounting from Auburn University in Auburn, Ala. She is a certified public accountant and a certified internal auditor.
