Tesseract® Partners with Aquire, Inc.
- To Provide OrgPublisher for Intranets™ to Next Dimension HRMS Users -
SAN FRANCISCO - Aug. 24, 2000 - Tesseract Corporation®, a leading provider of flexible, easy-to-use, Web-enabled human resources software, has signed a technology agreement with Aquire Inc. to provide its Next Dimension Human Resources Management System (HRMS) users with Web-based, automatically generated organizational charts. Aquire Inc. is the leader in organizational-charting software.
The agreement further advances an aggressive product diversification strategy that Tesseract launched last year. By implementing OrgPublisher for Intranets, Tesseract users such as Bayer Corp. can efficiently create, display, distribute, manage and analyze hierarchical data via the Web. Bayer's pharmaceutical division in West Haven, Conn., is already using OrgPublisher to chart approximately 6,400 employees in four geographically diverse locations.
