Aquire, Inc. Expands Office, Moves to Williams Square in Irving

New, larger space more than doubles square footage

Irving, Texas - January 8, 2001 - Aquire, Inc., the leading provider of web-based organizational charting software worldwide, announced today that it moved this month to larger offices in Irving to keep up with continued demand for its organizational-charting software product, OrgPublisher for Intranets™.

Aquire's new 11,800-square-foot office at 5215 N. O'Connor Boulevard in Irving is more than double the size of the former office, also in Irving.

The company's phenomenal growth in the last 12 months - a period when revenue jumped 73 percent and the employee base more than doubled - is the impetus for the move.
"Our relocation was necessary to ensure that our very creative and professional team has sufficient space to continue to meet the worldwide demand for our org-charting software, OrgPublisher for Intranets," said Lois Melbourne, co-founder and president of Aquire. "Top-tier employees are most productive when they have their own space and are not in a ?bull pen' environment. This new office ensures individual space, while providing ample collaborative work areas. It's a combination that fosters creativity and teamwork, as well as individual accomplishment."
Michelle Hudson, Senior Vice President with Henry S. Miller Commercial Realty in Dallas, worked with Aquire to find the new space. The company signed a 5-year lease agreement.
