WorkForce OS And Aquire, Inc. Announce Partnership To Extend Organizational Charting Products Availability

Aquire's OrgPublisher For Intranets™ and OrgBuilder™ Available For The First Time In Application Service Provider (ASP) Model

Burlingame, Calif. and Dallas - September 5, 2002 - WorkForce OS, a Burlingame, CA-based company offering workforce planning and management software, and Aquire, Inc., an international provider of Web-based organizational charting software, today announced a strategic partnership that will further diversify Aquire's customer base and increase overall market share. For the first time, Aquire's flagship product, OrgPublisher for Intranets, and latest release, OrgBuilder, will be available in an ASP model - allowing customers to decide whether they would like to host the solution locally or remotely. By joining Aquire's Alliance Network Program, WorkForce OS gives its customers access to interactive, org charting products used by more than 1,700 companies in 53 countries, including many of the Fortune 100's elite.

Stand-alone or combined, OrgPublisher and OrgBuilder provide companies with an automated way to visualize, communicate and analyze organizational structures.

OrgPublisher uses existing data to automatically generate a graphical, interactive organizational chart published to a company's Intranet. Data can be accessed from virtually any database, including IBM, Microsoft, Oracle and enterprise-resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP and PeopleSoft. Users can view accurate org charts, reporting structures, employee profiles and contact information, as well as utilize search capabilities for additional information access.

OrgBuilder was designed as an enterprise resource management tool ideal for large, international companies with multiple departments and locations, a business environment that often yields various hierarchical challenges. Regardless of the existence of an official data management environment or formal human resource system, companies can rapidly and efficiently build, manage and communicate multiple, complex organizational structures.
