Aquire Organizational Charting Application, OrgPublisher™, Now Available In Five Languages
- OrgPublisher Now Available In English, French, German, Italian and Spanish -
IRVING, Texas — January 26, 2004 — Aquire, Inc. today announced the availability of OrgPublisher in five languages. OrgPublisher uses existing human resource data to automatically generate graphical, interactive org charts containing as little as 100 employees or as many as one million employees. Human resource data can be accessed from virtually any source, including Oracle, PeopleSoft and SAP — even a Microsoft® Excel spreadsheet. Currently, more than 1,700 customers in 53 countries use OrgPublisher to automate the org charting process. Aquire’s international sales have continued to grow, with a 14 percent increase in 2003. "Our international sales strategy positions us for a 25 percent growth rate in 2004. Localizing the OrgPublisher product to languages in our target markets is a key step in the right direction for meeting that goal," said Steve Schatz, vice president of sales for Aquire. Prior to the application localization, companies could utilize a PluginX component to publish and view organizational charts in French, German, Italian and Spanish. New localized versions are available on CD or via a Web download. The French and German versions of OrgPublisher contain translated Help files, product related Web pages, as well as other instructional materials. Italian and Spanish Help Files and other instructional text will be localized by Spring 2004. Future language localization plans include Hebrew, Polish, Portuguese, Danish and Dutch.
