Aquire hires Vice President of Global Partners, adding a wealth of international knowledge to an already talented team

IRVING, Texas - August 8, 2005 - Aquire™, formerly TimeVision, the premier provider of unified workforce intelligence solutions, today announced that Andrew Kirk Simmons, an 18-year veteran of international sales and marketing in computer software, hardware and enterprise networking industries has joined the company’s management team.

Currently, Aquire has more than 60 business partners and 20 technology partners in more than 50 countries around the globe. Aquire’s Alliance Network Partner program continues to grow with Vineyard (Dubai), IBS (Russia), Tandem HCM (U.S.) and Orgraphics Ltd. (United Kingdom) recently joining the program. In addition, the company recently announced dozens of new customers worldwide, including Deutsche BP Aktiengesellschaft of Germany; Ergon Energy of Australia; Iberinco of Spain; Sigma-tau Industrie Farmaceutiche Riunite SpA of Italy; and the Hershey Company, Kellogg Company, Paramount Pictures and T. Rowe Price Group in the United States.
Simmons has strong experience in team management, channel partner development and training. He is fluent in Arabic, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish.

Before joining Aquire, Simmons was Director, Business Partner Development, for Best Software’s CRM Solutions Division, where he built a global network of more than 300 trained business partners in more than 60 countries. He also established global relationships with multi-national consulting firms and developed partner relationships with global manufacturers of complementary products.
Prior to that, Simmons was International Sales & Marketing Team Leader for MountainGate, a Lockheed Martin Company. There he established and implemented a global Business Alliance Program to select, authorize and support high-caliber systems integrators and partners worldwide. He also established and conducted sales training, forecasting and lead management programs for Business Alliances. While with Business Alliances, Simmons also increased revenue in the Pacific Rim, Latin American and European/African/Middle Eastern regions from $100K to more than $6 Million. Revenue from these regions grew from less than 1% of Business Alliances’ total sales to more than 45%.
