- New name reflects company’s commitment to helping organizations acquire unified workforce intelligence -

IRVING, Texas - May 2, 2005 - TimeVision, Inc. today announced a new company name - Aquire. The new name epitomizes the company’s dedication to help business executives rapidly acquire the knowledge and information they need to make smarter organizational management and financial planning decisions. It is this dedication that now enables Aquire to expand its solutions and services as well as the overall direction of the company. Aquire, formerly TimeVision, pioneered the automated organizational charting software industry 11 years ago. OrgPublisher for Intranets was the first org charting software that allowed companies to quickly connect to their existing HR data and rapidly produce a visual representation of their data. Today, the company’s solutions suite includes OrgPublisher for SAP® solutions, which provides users with a flexible interface to extract human resource data directly from their SAP solutions without specialized ABAP® programming. OrgBuilder, another product in the Aquire solutions suite, aggregates financial and employee data from disparate sources and displays the correlated information with easy-to-understand visual dashboards.
