Tom McKeown Named President and COO of Aquire

IRVING, Texas — April 1, 2008 — Aquire, the leader in visual workforce planning and management solutions, today announced the promotion of Tom McKeown to President and COO. McKeown, a 25-year veteran of the software and technology industry, has been with the company since 2005 when he was hired as Executive Vice President of Global Sales. Under his direction, overall annual revenues in 2007 grew more than 19 percent with a record year in global sales and 60 percent increase in SAP customer acquisition.

“Tom has brought unparalleled experience to his sales leadership role and as a result has built one of the strongest sales teams in the industry,” said Lois Melbourne, Chief Executive Officer of Aquire. “We are excited about his new role and the positive impact it will bring to the organization as a whole.”

Prior to joining Aquire, McKeown was Director of Sales at Citrix Systems where he helped establish their Web-based collaboration and support business as the industry leader. Before that, he served as Vice President of Sales for Quantum Corporation managing the network attached storage business. He has also held management positions at WebEx, Adobe Systems and 3Com. McKeown is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford Connecticut where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
