The Agents are fully customizable with user configurable performance thresholds that alert, executives either by email or with a “boardroom-ready” dashboard interface if any key performance indicator (KPI) goes out of threshold or is simply trending in the wrong direction. InSight 3 allows you to continuously monitor the flow of talent throughout the organization and then plan accordingly. Configure Monitoring Agents with your strategic corporate goals and then use them to track the progress toward those goals. The Agents can automatically monitor unlimited types of metrics; use pre-configured ANSI-standard metrics or customize Agents to meet your specific goals. You can also configure Monitoring Agents to alert you when performance trends up or down—and then share your customized Agent with other managers across the enterprise to alert everyone when that KPI’s thresholds aren’t met.
To help decision makers focus on the root causes of why a KPI is trending up or down, line managers as well as external consultants can add their expert comments to Agent reports to explain business situation details behind the metrics. All of the comments and expert analyses can be easily and shared them securely between other teams and business units to not only help you make tactical workforce adjustments but also collaborate on truly strategic workforce plans.
